Coconut Aminos Sauce – Hot Chilli was born accidently during the product development process that we regularly do. When developing a new variant of Coconut Aminos Chilli Sauce, we fermented Chilli, Coconut Sap, Coconut Aminos Sauce-Basic color.

Fermentation should be done in a short time, because suddenly we have to visit our coconut sap farmer, fermentation lasts much longer than it should. After returning we try to complete the trial and finally after we finish this product it actually becomes a new product that we are not targeting to make.

The taste of these products tends to be spicy, sour, savory and salty. It is suitable for use in pizza, spaghetti, cocktail, and various other dishes. Coconut Aminos Sauce – Hot Chilli made from Organic coconut aminos sauce-basic, red chilli, ghost chilli, garlic, salt and coconut vinegar.
