1. Category 1 are farmers who make coconut sugar granule or coconut sugar block products and sell their products to exporters

2. Category 2 Coconut sap Farmers are coconut sap tapper farmers and sell Coconut sap to exporters to be processed into Coconut Sugar at the exporter facility.

According to the raw material Coconut Sugar is divided into 2 types.

1. Coconut Sugar Granule made from coconut sap

2. Coconut sugar granules made from Coconut Sugar Block (re-production of coconut sugar)
